We Ship Bare-Root Plants
Please watch the video to review how your plants should look when they arrive, an overview of when your plants will green out and be beautiful, and how to check to see if they are dead.
If you have received your plants and there is any problem, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving them.

Retail Warranty (for orders of less than 50 plants):
We offer a 1-year replacement warranty for all retail plant orders. If any plant is found to be damaged or dead upon delivery or within one year of receipt, we will give an in-store credit to reorder anything you choose store-wide. -
Wholesale Warranty (for orders of 50 plants or more):
We offer an Arrive Alive Warranty ONLY for orders of 50 plants or more, which are considered wholesale. This means we guarantee the plants will arrive alive and in good condition. Should any plants arrive damaged or dead, you must notify us by filling out the claim form to be eligible for a replacement. -
Warranty Claim Process:
If there is an issue with your plants, you must file a warranty claim within 24 hours of receipt. Provide detailed information and necessary documentation (such as photographs) to support your claim. Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, neglect, or environmental factors after receipt, including but not limited to: overwatering, underwatering, pest infestations, extreme weather conditions, or any conditions beyond our control.
