Eligibility for Returns & Replacements Damaged or Defective Plants:

If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess and offer a replacement or store credit.

Β Wrong Item Received:

If you received the wrong plant, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit. Dormant Plants: Some plants may arrive dormant depending on the season. Dormancy is not considered a defect. Please allow time for them to break dormancy.

Non-Returnable Items Live plants cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. We do not offer refunds for improper care, planting errors, or weather-related damages.
